Terms and Conditions

ADVANCE PAYMENTS: Advance Payment of 60% of the tour package value need to be paid within 5 days of making the reservation.

FINAL PAYMENTS: Full payment must be made no later than 15 days prior to tour departure date. ZELUS INTERNATIONAL TOURS & TRAVELS accepts payment by Electronic Bank Transfer. If payment is not received as scheduled, your reservation will automatically cancel and advance payment become forfeit.

DOCUMENTATION: Tours will incur a fee of USD 25 per reservation if they require physical documentation.  Alternatively, we can provide electronic documents free of charge for all bookings.

TOUR REVISION FEE: Any revision to tour arrangements made after the original booking has been processed will incur a USD 25 handling fee per booking. In additional any extra cost incurred due to revision in the original booking need to be paid by the guest. We cannot accept revisions within 15 days of departure or once we have issued documents.

The invividual tour item rates given in the website is applicable for minimum of 4 persons. For less than 4 persons, the given rates will vary.

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be advised in writing (by mail, fax or e-mail) to ZELUS INTERNATIONAL   prior to tour departure during normal business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm GMT + 4, Sunday through Thursday). Cancellations received within 30 days of departure date are subject to the following penalties on the tour packages:

Between: 30 days or longer Forfeiture of 25% of the total tour package price
29 & 25 days 30% of total tour package price per person
24 & 20 days 35% of total tour package price per person
19 & 15 days 50% of total tour package price per person
14 & 1 day of departure 100% of total tour package price per person

Any cancellation penalties due to non-refundable airfares will be charged to the customers. For airline ticket cancellation the guest need to refer to the respective airline Terms and Conditions.
Minimum cancellation fees are USD 25 per person.  The cancellation refund will be made to the guest on any specific requested payment channel. However, additional cost incurred for transfer of cancellation amount to their requested account/payment channel will be charged to the guest.


•Please note that the visa application will be made only after the required documentations are completed and all the payments are cleared.
•Please ensure that documents you provide are not forged. Strict actions could be taken for the concerned.
•Immigration Working Days: from Sunday to Thursday only.
•Visa Guarantee Fee will be advised to you if required or not after evaluating your application.
•Visa Approval is at sole discretion of the Immigration Officials. Zelus International cannot guarantee that all applications will be approved. Once your Visa Application is submitted to Immigration Department, the Visa Application Fee is non-refundable whether it is approved or rejected or in the event that your visa is approved but you are unable to travel to UAE.
•Should your Visa Application is rejected; we will provide you with the proof of rejection from the Immigration Department for your reference and record.
•Once Visa is approved, we will be sending you a copy via e-mail since the visa is applied online. You need to print the visa copy and upon arrival at the airport you may proceed to the passport control section, no need for original copy.
•After leaving the country, you have to send via e-mail or fax the page of your passport that has the exit stamp from the immigration of Dubai/UAE, as a proof that you have left the country so that we can double check it in our online system.
•All Visa application is for single entry only.
•We recommend applying for your Visa at least 5-7 days prior to your arrival. We require 5 working days to process your visa. In case of application being on hold with the Immigration, the approval may take 2 more working days.
•Although the validity of the UAE tour visa is 60-days from the date of issue to enter the country, but we recommend the traveller to enter the country within 15 days. Travelling after 15 days should be charged USD 35 as an extra fee.
•Travellers whose visas are already issued and could not travel due to uncertain reasons, a penalty of USD 70 will be charged from the guarantee.
•If in case the tourist does not exit the country within the due date specified, the guarantee amount will be used without any information to them to remove the overstay. Moreover USD 30/day will be charged from the guarantee amount as an overstay fine from our side apart from the fines incurred by the immigration.
•Those who have taken 60 days visa should inform Visa department on the given contact details after entering the country so that the visa can be extended within the due date. Zelus International is not responsible if the same is not extended on time.
•If you wish to extend your visa you may inform us five days prior to the visa expiry.
•Any crimes made during the visit of the traveller sponsored by us will be dealt with the UAE Police Department. In case if they are imprisoned and show overstay in the Immigration Systems, the security cheque of the guarantor will be deposited.
•The security cheque will only be refunded if our Online System shows the particular traveller has LEFT THE COUNTRY.
•Please note that Zelus International is not responsible for any traveller having medical problems. Zelus International highly recommends tourist to obtain the needed travel insurance with needed comprehensive medical coverage before applying for the visa.
•Make sure that you are holding a confirmed return air ticket.


TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN: Unfortunately we are unable to offer travel insurance policies to persons travelling on our tours packages, but we do require all passengers to have the appropriate best travel insurance policy. Please ask your local insurance provider/ bank.

TOUR MEMBERSHIP: To promote an enriching travel experience, ZELUS INTERNATIONAL TOURS & TRAVELS reserves the right to reject any client whose conduct is incompatible with the interest of the tour group.

TRAVELERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS: Passengers necessitating unique attention must advise ZELUS INTERNATIONAL at time of booking. Passengers who require particular assistance must travel with a qualified travel companion as Zelus International Tours & Travels drivers and guides cannot provide individualized help. As our coaches are not equipped with wheelchair ramps, all tour members must be able to mount 3 or 4 steps into coach. Zelus International Tours & Travels is not responsible for denial of services by any of our suppliers.

COACH TRANSPORTATION: Coach Tours are usually operated by 48 seat motor coaches. When passenger numbers are low, a smaller coach may be used.

TOUR GUIDE: The entire land portion of all motor coach tours is conducted by a professional driver cum guide as indicated for each tour.

ACCOMMODATION: Land arrangements are provided as described in each tour program or customized tour programs. Zelus International Tours & Travels reserves the right to substitute hotels for accommodations in similar categories.  MEALS: Meals are provided as specified in each tour program.

VISITS, ENTERTAINMENT AND OTHER FEATURES: Zelus International Tours & Travels reserves the right to substitute visits, entertainment and other features when establishments are closed or cannot be visited for reasons beyond our control. Zelus International Tours & Travels has the right to deviate to the planned travel itineraries and hotels if conditions render them advisable or necessary.

ZELUS INTERNATIONAL TOURS & TRAVELS CANCELLATIONS: If it becomes necessary to cancel a tour prior to departure, Zelus International Tours & Travels will offer the next available date at no additional land cost or will make a full refund of all monies paid to Zelus International Tours & Travels. Zelus International Tours & Travels cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs or fees relating to such a tour booking or for any cancellation penalties due to non-refundable airfares.

LUGGAGE: Handling of one piece of luggage per person is included in the cost of all coach tours. Only one suitcase per person is permitted and size should not exceed 30 x 20 x 10 inches. Luggage is carried at owner's risk throughout the tour unless insured. Hand baggage and small articles such as coats, umbrellas or cameras are entirely in the care of the passengers. Boot space in self-drive cars is limited so pack lightly, preferably using soft-sided suitcases.

TIPS: Tips for personal services and to Guide/ drivers are not included in tour cost and left to your discretion.

SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not allowed on the motor coach but frequent stops are made throughout the day.

NOT INCLUDED: All items of a personal nature (room service, beverages, telephone charges, laundry, special food requests, etc.) and meals not specified on the tour itinerary are not included and must be paid by the passenger.

UNUSED TOUR ARRANGEMENTS: Zelus International Tours & Travels cannot make refunds or exchanges for unused accommodations, services or features of any tour unless agreed upon prior to departure.

CLAIMS OR DISPUTES: You should submit to Zelus International Tours & Travels in writing no later than 28 days after the end of the tour.

LAW: Passenger contract with Zelus International Tours & Travels is subject exclusively to International Law and Jurisdiction for UAE Free Zone or English Law and Jurisdiction for Zelus International Tours & Travels.

RESPONSIBILITY: Zelus International Tours & Travels, are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage or other loss a passenger incurs on any tour arising from acts or omissions by any air carrier, public transport company, hotel, car rental company, subcontractor or other person or organisation, whether or not such company is rendering any services supplied on the tour. All tickets and vouchers are issued and supplied subject to the foregoing and to any and all terms and conditions under which transportation and services are provided.  Without limitation Zelus International  Tours & Travels  is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, death, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity of any kind which may be occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including, without limitation any willful or negligent act, failure to act, breach of contract or violation of local law or regulation of any third party such as an airline, train, hotel, bus, taxi, van, local ground handler or guide, financial default or insolvency of any supplier and/or restaurant which is, to, or does supply any goods or services for this trip. Zelus International Tours & Travels  is not liable for any loss, injury, death or inconvenience due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodation, default of any third party, attacks by animals, sickness, the lack of appropriate medical care, evacuation to same, if necessary, weather, strikes, acts of God or government, acts of terrorism, or the threat thereof, force majeure, war, quarantine, epidemics, or the threat thereof, criminal activity, or any other cause beyond its control. Zelus International Tours & Travels reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter the itinerary as it may deem necessary or advisable. Zelus International  Tours & Travels reserves the right at its sole discretion to decline to accept or retain any passenger on any of its tours if it deems accepting or retaining any such person as being detrimental to the tour. In the event any passenger is removed from a trip, Zelus International Tours & Travels only obligation is to refund to that person that portion of the payment allocable to unused services. Any disclaimer of liability by Zelus International Tours & Travels under this clause is enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Each of the provisions of this clause is severable and if any such provision is held by any court or other competent authority to be illegal, void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this clause shall not be affected or impaired. Changes in the RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE can be made only in writing signed by an authorized officer of Zelus International Tours & Travels.

IMPORTANT: Zelus International  Tours & Travels  accepts no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedules, flight cancellations or misconnections due to mechanical problems, sickness, quarantine, weather, acts of God, strikes, government actions, war, terrorism or other circumstances beyond its control. Passengers must bear all such losses or expenses. To guard against unforeseen circumstances, we insist you travel with a comprehensive travel insurance policy which you must purchase at home before travelling on tour with Zelus International Tours & Travels.
